- We pack the unit properly. Heavy items at the bottom, mattresses and sofas protected, frequently needed boxes at the front, and an aisle left where there is room.
- When you are ready, we collect everything and deliver it straight to your new home or office.

What affects the cost of storage in Sydney?
Storage is charged by the storage centre, separately from your move. The price usually depends on:
- Unit size. The biggest factor. A well-packed unit can be noticeably smaller, and cheaper, than a badly packed one.
- Location. Centres closer to the city and the inner suburbs generally cost more.
- Features. Climate control, drive-up access, extended access hours and security levels all vary.
- How long you store. Longer bookings and centre promotions can lower the weekly rate.
- Insurance. Check what the centre requires and what your own contents policy covers.

How to pack for storage
- Use strong, same-size cartons so they stack safely, and fill them so they do not crush.
- Label every box on the side, not just the top, so you can read it when stacked.
- Make sure fridges, washing machines and anything else that holds water are clean and fully dry.
- Do not store food, flammables, chemicals or anything alive. Check the centre’s list of prohibited items.
- Keep an inventory, and a photo of the finished unit, so you know where everything is.
- Keep valuables and important documents with you, not in storage.
